"The room is pretty clean and has technology(Virtual assistant). I saw the pic showing the room has a Dyson hair dyer, but in reality, it doesn't. Overall, perfect location and cleanness. Note the highest level is 6. Don't expect too much. Recommended. "

"Peeling wallpaper, air-con that didn't work (And when I rang and asked the staff to fix it one came to the room and opened a window), Stained carpet, poor internet... Very substandard."

"My first experience I ask opportunity of brand hotel for need helpful as reception staff was excellent hosting me going to find the right hotel. Staff phoned mobile phone for how to direction to get an apartment building. We found out this apartment but it was unpleasant road(path was under construction) I thought photo websites were perfect but in real life room was dark awful and unclean cupboard and kitchen has no wok, no cutlery, no plates. "The hotel is nice, modern and clean. Quite central too. Staff not very helpful. Easy Walt to the palace and to the 1912 zone. Reasonably close to subway lines 2 and 5."

"The location is right outside of the train/subway station, easy to visit the city and get on the speed train. Hotel is clean. Some staffs are very helpful. I asked for a receipt, the front desk check out tells me that she can't give me one, because I paid online. When we call some phone buttons for service, no one answers."
