"The service is wonderful! They have shuttle buses for ppl climbing up mountain early in the morning for sunrise! Staff are very nice and helpful! The room is spacious and clean! View is also wonderful!! "

"Outstanding service. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need. Phenomenal views of the lake from our room. The bar is closed 5-8pm which we found super puzzling and didn’t know until we showed up at 5pm for a cocktail. Never heard of that at a hotel before. No food or drink service at the pool - also seems unusual for such a high end hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience! "

"The selling point of this place is its location from where you can walk 15 minutes up a small hill to see Alishan sunrise. This advantage may be the disadvantage the same time, because for these tourists who come to Alishan first time, transportation between the Alishan park entrance (the transportation hub) and the hotel is a little bit confusing. This hotel is half hour bus-driving from the entrance and you must pre-book the hotel shuttle to pick you up at the bus station. But overall my experience there was good and the lady boss was very nice and helpful. The facility and amenity are good."
