Within an hour, they had set up an extravagant birthday display and a wine bottle with glasses. It made our trip even more special and I am grateful! Additionally, as English speakers, we had no problem with the language barrier and found that most staff spoke proficient English."

"The whole place was very quiet, the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well as the rest of the property. The included breakfast is local food, mostly vegetarian. We like this but if you have to have cereal or other western food this isn't the place for you. Parking is easy too, something that is not common in Taiwan, especially in resort areas."

"Older property. Some sections renovated well, others not so much. The staff met were exceptionally professional and polite. Meals were mediocre but breakfast and dinner were included with the room fee. Facilities (bath areas) were not opened during times advertised on some days, they were open when tour groups were at the hotel (my stay was not part of a tour). Not a bad experience but not a great value for the price paid. "
