"Negative: though not the hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind. Some of the hotel guests can be a bit rude and self centered. I was next inline for check in but a hotel guest just walk right up to the counter from the side as I was about to take my turn. I also noticed some hotel guests can be very loud. "An excellent property with attentive staff. My family enjoyed an excellent brunch at the brasserie and dinner at Hai Tien Lo restaurant. The surrounding Pan Men scenic area at night was particularly spectacular. We felt like we had it to ourselves. "
