"Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."

"I never write detailed reviews, but this hotel deserve it, so others know what they will find. This hotel is terrible, but don't believe me, look at the pictures yourself. First, try to find it! no directions, indications or clues on the hotel location. We found it by reading a guest review from 2019!.
