"This hotel is absolutely amazing. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt welcomed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer us a glass of champagne and gave us a room upgrade at not additional cost. Danny, the manager went out of his way to make our stay memorable. Andy ( not sure what his position is) also, was very nice and helpful. The happy hour at the bar at level 7 is definitely a plus. The room we stayed in was very spacious and beautiful decorated. We had an excellent stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. "

"The building and the room has the old english theme which is very unique. i totally understand if the hotel management want to keep to the theme but some refurbishments are needed as the room look worn out i.e bathroom tiles, the cabinets, carpets. Overall, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. "
