"Room was fairly large though not in a very central location. A bit of a walk into main area near Drum Tower. Comfort of room was pretty good though not much of a view from my hotel room. If you are after something in a more central location then there are plenty of other options available closer to the central city area. We called a cab and couldn’t communicate where we needed to go so we called the hotel to help us and they hung up on us twice. We booked a room for two beds and a sofa bed and when we got there they said they do not have a room with a sofa bed for us and that we would have to pay extra for it.
