"A nice hotel with serene surrounding. The trade-off is a short walk to the nearest metro station. Got upsell to a jr suite upon checkin but it is a good deal with the extras in the package. Good service from the staff too. Overall a hassle free experience."

"Room was fairly large though not in a very central location. A bit of a walk into main area near Drum Tower. Comfort of room was pretty good though not much of a view from my hotel room. If you are after something in a more central location then there are plenty of other options available closer to the central city area. Do re-check the hotel location yourself because the distance stated isnt neccessarily correct, whether intentional or unknowingly misinformed. Room amenities replaced daily,...

We called a cab and couldn’t communicate where we needed to go so we called the hotel to help us and they hung up on us twice. We booked a room for two beds and a sofa bed and when we got there they said they do not have a room with a sofa bed for us and that we would have to pay extra for it. "Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."
