"A nice hotel with serene surrounding. The trade-off is a short walk to the nearest metro station. Got upsell to a jr suite upon checkin but it is a good deal with the extras in the package. Good service from the staff too. Overall a hassle free experience."

"Room was fairly large though not in a very central location. A bit of a walk into main area near Drum Tower. Comfort of room was pretty good though not much of a view from my hotel room. If you are after something in a more central location then there are plenty of other options available closer to the central city area. "The staff is rude especially the chief of housekeeping. When I couldn’t find the face towels in the washroom, I called the receptionist. A lady came opening my door without knocking, I was quite shocked, luckily I latched the door. She asked me what was my problem , so I told her about the missing towels. She went into the washroom to check and she checked my bed too. She gave me a her disbelief look. When she came back with the towels, she asked me again whether I had misplaced somewhere. I was...

"Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."
