Andy ( not sure what his position is) also, was very nice and helpful. The happy hour at the bar at level 7 is definitely a plus. The room we stayed in was very spacious and beautiful decorated. We had an excellent stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. "
