"When we checked in, the room we were assigned was a non-smoking room on non-smoking floor. However, the last tenants likely smoked heavily and the room was full of smell when we stepped in. After talking to the hotel staff, they immediately arranged for another room on a higher floor for us with their staff ensured us satisfied with the room before leaving us. "The room was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They did their best to help me. And, they promptly picked me up and dropped me off. I would highly recommend it. In fact it were not so far off from downtown, I would have stayed there the whole time. Shyam"

"More can be done for the cleanliness. There were a few stains on towels. Floor was carpeted but you can see that the edges and corners were not cleaned with lots of dust. However, for 3 pax, we get a big space with living room and 2 bedrooms. We like the space for the price. Nearby not many dining options but were grateful to have at least a convenience shop and a bakery downbstairs where we can get coffee and freshly-made bread and croissants."
