"I wanted to love this place, and I had read reviews before booking, but I hoped for a better experience. The view from the hotel was stunning, probably the best in town. However, the cost didn’t match what was provided. The pool wasn’t clean, despite a pool cleaner being onsite for two days, and the Jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we booked, was a letdown.
