Every detail was perfect, the place itself is beautiful beyond words, and the attention to guests was simply outstanding. Cloe, Alice and the other girl in the reception were exceptional — warm, kind, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was a 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back! Wow wow wow"

"I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. My room was spacious. Most importantly, the pool was long enough, even though at times, it was a bit crowded. My only comment was the unavailability of a business center for guest use. (Its center was restricted for privileged guests.) I did inquire the availability of such facility prior to my booking and was told that it existed, but no mentioning of privileged guests was given. I would have brought my own laptop (prefer not to do that during my vacation) or booked some other hotel. At the end, I was given the privilege to only visit the center and use its computer ONCE... this was somewhat disappointing. I started my trip in Vancouver and now continuing with my trip in Hong Kong. The hotels in both cities provided desktop computers, printers, etc. for general use. (Otherwise, why would I be able to type in this comment now!) There will not be much overhead to set up a business center for general use and it will bring much convenience to guests."

"Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "
