"The property is an older (1947), with older renovations - an early quartz built-in clock/radio still mounted in the bedside table. Carpet could use replacement, but overall a good basic room. Bathroom was definitely renovated recently. No issues with cleanliness. Staff was excellent. Location great for dining and shopping. "

"Great value, comfortable and clean, with great Wi-Fi. Need to know there is a ladder to access the bed which was fine but wont suit everyone. The check-in instructions were confusing - you need to go to a different building before 8pm, and if after 8pm you have to go to the Smart Hotel, about 400m away. All was fine once I'd worked it out."

Почему, если нет спальных мест для детей предлагается этот отель.а если мы указали присутствие детей обеспечить спальными местами обязаны хозяева отеля, как это бывает в других отелях где мы отдыхаем.Правда было предложено за доп.плату приобрести надувные матрасы (Зимой положить детей...

"Room was ok. But there was a few faults with the room. Broken door handle and faulty light and broken shower bracket. Even the painting standards of the room need to be looked at also. Location wise was good close to the tram line and a shopping mall close by too. "
