"Very clean and modern, breakfast was really good with many options. We did have a problem with the air conditioning as the weather was really cold but the heating didn't work. We informed reception who reset the air conditioner 3 times to no avail. In the end they gave us a portable oil radiator which did the job. Staff were pleasant and helpful especially the young lady who worked the bar in the evenings. very happy and pleasant."

My room on the top level was spacious and had everything I needed, including a fridge, safe, and good lighting. However, it was not mentioned in the room description that the 'standard' rooms are more like 'attic' rooms--no windows facing onto the street. One of my windows opened onto a statue, the other was a small rounded...
