"Great spot, very central once you have found it. No sign post for where it is, when we called for directions we was told check in was at 5 despite the booking website and payment confirmation saying 3pm. Once we got to the apartment we noticed that the apartment wasn’t clean despite it being cleaned. The shower drain was dirty, hairs in the shower & walls, the complimentary shower gel was empty and the handsoap was hair conditioner. there was cobwebs on the walls, the TV in the bedroom didn’t...

"A wonderful place to stay for a Lake District break. Hugely spacious, everything finished to a high standard and extremely comfortable. Our only problem was thinking the key for the door was at the front when it was round the back but once we were in we were all hugely impressed. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. "Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...
