"Amazing stay in a fab guest house in Leven. The room was very good, bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was superb. We both had veggie and the sausages and vege haggis was very good. The whole place was very warm. The cats were a hoot. Owners were very friendly and upbeat. Would recommend staying here and would stay in the future. Bus station about 10 mins walk. But there are bus stops to Glenrothes a short walk away. Cheers 😁😁"

"Very friendly, polite staff at hotel. Clean room and comfy bed. Pillows a little too hard and toilet seat needed mending. However, room more than big enough for my needs and quiet if you need a good nights sleep. Very handy for train station which is only 5 minute walk away in one direction and all of the shops etc nearby are in the opposite direction."

"The hotel was absolutely first class. I loved the paintings and the decor throughout. The breakfast also, was first class. The lots if extra touches made our stay so special. "

"Cozy and friendly , nice, cooked to order breakfast. A bit of a trek into city centre , bus is infrequent. I would however stay again and recommend."

"What an amazing place! We only stayed for a single night sadly however Graham and Karen went out of their way to look after us and could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Their guest house is beautifully decorated with original features in abundance mixed with contemporary touches - warm, comfortable and intimate. Our room was huge and had an incredible four-poster bed and bathroom with large jacuzzi bath. Everything was spotlessly clean and in perfect order, obviously fastidiously...

"The spindrift guest house is excellent you get met at the door by the hosts Mark and Jeni, who make you feel so welcome like your part of the family. They show you around the breakfast room and the lounge . The rooms are big and comfy thw whole place is spotless. "Had a lovely 3 night stay at Heathpark. Meg and Chris were so warm, welcoming and attentive. Stayed in a single room which was a good size, cosy, and a very comfortable bed and fab shower. Great choices at breakfast with a daily special making it difficult to choose. Everything freshly cooked and well presented. Can't recommend this guest house highly enough. Meg and Chris do everything to make sure you (and your dog) have a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning in the future."

"Very nice cabin in the country and the hot tub was amazing. We did a lot of cooking in the cabin. Very beautiful and the owner was super nice and friendly. When we come back to Scotland we will definitely stay here again. "

"The hostess is a gem! The house is quaint and peaceful. Fabulous breakfast and I love the living room on the bottom floor. Water pressure could be better, but that may just be an issue with the area so I wouldn't fault the propriator for that. The twin mattress in the room was meant for a small child. It was not comfortable for a third adult, but the main mattress was great. Still five stars because the owner is so accommodating and the place is very nice. "

"It's a student hall of residence so amenities and decor are very basic as expected, but you can't complain for the price, especially in the centre of St. Andrews in high season! A bargain really. Minor gripes - the shared bathroom(s) have very loud electric hand dryers that sound like a vacuum cleaner and can be heard several rooms away.. The lights in the corridors and bathrooms are extremely bright, in the blueish spectrum and permanently on, so not conducive to maintaining melatonin levels if...
