"Upon arrival to The Sands, we were greeted by friendly staff and offered a cold welcome drink of choice with instructions for an easy and quick self check in process. As we arrived prior to check in time, our room was not quite ready, but we were offered lunch and were invited to start enjoying the many amenities available to all guests. "The staff were amazing. Gregory fixed my problems and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. The woman at the front desk, w/glasses, is just the kindess person i have met in a long time. Janelle in the elevator, put a smile on my face. The person who cleaned my room daily, thank you. My bartenders, you guus are the best. Tyrell, i got u when i get back. "Great resort in a fantastic location. Staff are very friendly and any issues were dealt with expeditiously. Food options were decent. Not great. Service was a bit slow. Great area of the beach to walk or just sit and relax. WiFi not great. Gym not great but there is a good one across the street at a reasonable price. Rooms can have quite a bit of outside noise depending on where you are. Didn’t do any of the activities or take in the entertainment so won’t comment there. Overall a good resort if...
