We loved the tranquility of the resort. Beautiful, well-kept beaches and friendly and hospitable servers. I especially want to recognize the efforts of Tracy Ann who made sure our room was meticulously kept and she was patient with us with our unpredictable departure times. She really cared that my kids and I enjoyed the island. She was incredibly kind and we appreciated her hospitable spirit.

An amazing experience From check in to checking out!!! The food at the restaurants is top notch. We paid for breakfast with our package and enjoyed the buffet. Mainly stuck with the omelette and fruit station but the buffet selections change daily. Our room was nicely prepared but was not able to have a roll out bed once the room occupies 2 beds - not spacious but comfy enough. The best part was the view…omg, amazing. I can’t complain we had an amazing time. Love it at the Hilton. The front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. Room service operator and housekeeping even more spectacular. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

The hotel has a great beach which is incrowded & the little coffee shop was a Godsend. The location has limited dining option outside the hotel. Other than the coffee shop, we dined at the beach bar once. It was overpriced & under delivered. One barman at the beach bar was extremely rude. The hotel overall needs refurbishment. It's tired in most places, especially the guest bathrooms. Shout out to Dawn in the coffee shop & Kamille at the front desk.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. Understaffed, checkout too early (11) and checkin too late (4 pm ) ….probably to keep from hiring more staff. It makes connections difficult. Front desk personnel not very pleasant or accommodating. Room was fine: bell services good. Breakfast spotty…hot foods ok but inadequate cold items. Its location is excellent and convenient.
