"We stayed for a couple of nights mid week, and it was easy to get to, driving in the car, good parking facility, and its position couldn't have been much better, we could walk into the city centre in less than 20 minutes! The one thing I would like to see, is a better deal on inclusion of breakfast during your stay. Chris, the restaurant and bar manager moved pretty fast, all of the time, and was very efficient."

"Clean and nice looking hotel especially the restaurant overlooking the lake area. The room was nice enough and clean but our beds were not set up as a double so they had to come and change it. This was awkward as I came back to the room 2 hours later and the staff was still changing the bed. Bedding nice and soft but the mattress is hard. The bathroom was nice on first look but the tiles had a big crack in it which had been patched up which made the bathroom not look so good, the shower wasn’t the best. Food was really nice in the restaurant and the staff in there were very polite and professional. It is pricey and there is a service charge. Overall nice stay for the money. "
