We had coffee, fresh fruit and beverages waiting for us upon arrival. Clean linens and very comfy bed. "Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious, in a good area and perfect for my husband, myself and our other son. We could have had a few more guests. The picture on vrbo showed the house as is. We didn’t cook beside breakfast one morning and a pecan pie but the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Gary!"

"First let me say the host is great! We adjusted our stay twice after checkin and he was very accommodating. The good: Location is fantastic. Upper floor back side is quiet. "This was our first VRBO family trip. I can say I was pleasantly surprised after reading so many negative reviews of VRBO's in general. The location was good, there was plenty of parking in the neighborhood. The decorations were homey and inviting. There was a pool table, billiard table and plenty of games for us to entertain ourselves with. The owner, Anthony, communicated well and timely with our group anytime we had questions. "This property worked out perfectly for me as I was attending a function at Urban Chestnut, which is literally across the street. The space was well decorated, super clean and very cozy. The off street parking was certainly a plus as well. The hosts were easy to contact and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"

"Visited over Thanksgiving and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The home had historic charm and modern conveniences. Plenty of room for hanging out. As can be the case in older homes, the bedroom level upstairs was always chilly, but the beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We had unexpected snow, which was beautiful though without a shovel or broom, made the steps to the house a little tricky. "
