I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

Secondly, it was never stated in your website that one would be surcharged for wanting a clean pillow case / bedsheets. This property has some hidden charges which is not tenable, they need to be open when dealing with guests."
