"The hotel is very nice, easy to get to and has ample parking. The lobby was nice and the staff were all very friendly. There were several restaurants and the food was good. The room size was large and the bed mattress was amazing. I wish I could have taken it with me! My only reason for four stars instead of five was the shower needed to be cleaner. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. "

"We had a very good experience from check-in with Simone at reception to free shuttle to Del Largo resort with Kenny. We found our hotel room clean and quiet with friendly, helpful efficient staff everywhere. This hotel is also in the Hilton Honors chain and qualifies for Honor Club stay points. Would definitely stay there again when in the NYS Finger Lakes area and would recommend to others. Conveniently located to Del Largo Resort, wineries, outlet mall and historic town of Seneca Falls. "

"Sheila the front desk person was amazing and welcoming. She had great suggestions about the area. She reviewed our requests and made sure we were happy with all items. Area has everything you would need - keep in mind this is a smallish town. Room was comfortable only item was the kitchen area was not stocked with plates (just one) and utensils and paper towel. We didn’t need to rely on these items but a suite with kitchenette should be stocked and prepared for use. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast but the area looked clean and stocked. When we told Sheila on our way out she apologized but this did not change our mind about staying here again in the future. Will stay here again when in the area."
