The food and courtesy of staff was already worth recommending, but when I became sick the staff went above and beyond to support my family and me. Genuine care and compassion, with thoughtfulness and a bias for action make a BIG impact when brought together at a time when they can make such a difference to the human experience. "Excellent location right at Terminal 3 Arrivals and close to the underground station. Took us <5 minutes to walk to Terminal 3 Departures for our morning flight. Bed was very comfortable. If you need a spot to stay at Heathrow for a layover or morning flight I'd recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was excellent, very clean and tidy. The bed was a little firm for us, but didn’t spoil things too much. We breakfast in the morning and the food was really nice. The hotel is well located and the grounds are very nice. Would happily recommend it to anyone. "

"I stayed at the hotel a night before my trip to the states. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone! Spotless rooms, lovely little restaurant and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them & lovely young man even made considerable effort helping me fix a problem with the combination lock on my suitcase jamming. He even researched the problem online and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. Check in and out was speedy and efficient. All in all an excellent hotel! "

"A very clean and friendly hotel to stay in. You wouldn't even know that you are so close to the planes coming in. You could see them land from a balcony from the bar. The bed is very comfortable. The ride in the pod make this stay more fun."
