"Fantastic! ...sums it up really. We booked late, but the property manager/landlord quickly got in touch and helped us through the process. Professional yet friendly. The apartment itself was nice and clean, with a lovely huge bath and decent shower. The kitchen was well equiped and open plan with dining area and lounge. The lounge has a computer desk by the window for work, but also a huge comfortable sofa. Sky Glass is a great addition - a nice massive 4K TV with all streaming apps...

The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. "There was no checkin process, info, guidance etc. Pretty much have to figure everything out yourself, including where the front door is. Gotta download a janky app to unlock the doors and then you have to specifically ask for the wifi details before they’re provided. The host is available until 3pm, which strangely is also when earliest check in is. Average response time was somewhere between 2-3 hours. We were supplied a single roll of toilet paper and a single coffee pod between two people...

"Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...

"I spent 9 nights at this beautiful 1 bed penthouse apartment whilst I visited family in Thorpe Bay and it had everything I needed - and more! Samantha keeps this apartment to a very high standard and I really appreciated the overall cleanliness and the comfort of the furnishings as well as all the little extras she provides - fresh flowers on the dining room table and staples in the fridge and freezer. "What can i say It was cleanish but in very poor repair. We ran out of gas on the second day and contacted the owner who was less than helpful. We ended up without gas for 48 hours was abused by the owner who told us off for using too much gas. We had 4 showers and cooked 2 pizza. We had to leave a day early due to this. We had to spend extra money on eating our. Would not recommend at all it is not a holiday home it is a caravan."
