"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. "This was our first visit to Southend and it was for my wife's birthday. It was a beautiful apartment, sparkly clean and tastefully decorated. The view from the apartment was spectacular. We were very happy there. I had trouble shutting the door when we left as there is no handle so I used a corkscrew from the apartment to shut the door which I left on the the shelf outside."

"What can i say It was cleanish but in very poor repair. We ran out of gas on the second day and contacted the owner who was less than helpful. We ended up without gas for 48 hours was abused by the owner who told us off for using too much gas. We had 4 showers and cooked 2 pizza. We had to leave a day early due to this. We had to spend extra money on eating our. Would not recommend at all it is not a holiday home it is a caravan."
