"Really nice cottage style property with a log burner and really comfy beds. Only warning would be the stairs as they're pretty steep and the bathroom is downstairs if you need to get up in the middle of the night."

"The Stables is a charming and spacious property. We were thrilled to find it beautifully decorated for Christmas and an amazing basket of goodies/treats that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We were disappointed to find many of the light bulbs burned out or nonfunctional, leaving no lighting in the main hallway. Lovely touches including automatic night lights, Christmas decorated tree outside (definitely going to steal this idea), very generous welcome pack. Fabulous shower and comfy bed. "Phil and Jan have created a lovely place to relax and enjoy. You feel like you are in the country but are right near anything you may need. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the sitting room was nice and the kitchen/dining room were filled with anything you would need for your stay. There are trails to walk both on and off the property. And you have easy access to any direction you want to go. The bonus is you get to spend time with Phil and Jan. They are wonderful people who...
