"This was the fourth time our friend group stayed here for a ski retreat, and it’s become a home away from home for us. Clean, spacious, and perfectly appointed. Already looking forward to next year!"

"Absolutely THE BEST house I've ever stayed in via VRBO. The owners were incredibly responsive, dropping whatever plans they might have had to come help take care of an issue at the house. The house itself is clean, cozy and full of every amenity you could possibly need. I was especially fond of the makeup remover wipes and the pet sheets. I cannot rave about this house and its owners enough. We will absolutely be back, year after year, for as long as they'll have us!"

"Huge Kitchen with 2 side by side 6 burner stoves. Plenty of room for all to prepare and cook. Well stocked. Short drive to Discovery Ski area. Comfortable beds. Hot tub was hot! Plenty of towels. Dining area had 2 tables. Perfect kids table. Large mud room at the entry. HUGE disappointment: the wood burning stove was out of order. It is currently being used as a plant holder. Only one thermostat on the upstairs level. It was minus -12 degrees. To heat the downstairs we had to close the...

"We were a group from Polson that traveled to Maverick Mountain for a Skimo race. The first skimo race for Maverick and they were great hosts. Highly recommend checking out this small, family friendly ski resort with good food at the lodge. The house was perfect for our group and it was nice being only 4 miles from the ski area. Lots of well plowed parking, spacious house, has everything you need for a great weekend with friends. We also went to Elk Horn Hot Springs (6 miles) and had a nice soak...

The wrap around deck is a Guest favorite.

"Our group spent Presidents Day weekend skiing at Lost Trail. We chose the Riverhouse due to its great location to Lost Trail and the ratings it has received. Both items fit as advertised. The house was clean and a great accommodation for our small group. The convenience to Lost Trail was as good as it gets. Watching elk each day from the living room window is a definite bonus. This will be our first choice for our next trip to Lost Trail."

"Great place - very quirky log cabin with tons of room for two families to spread out. We really enjoyed the fire by the creek. The kitchen is well equipped. "

"Loved this little bungalow/cottage looks small from the outside however it’s very roomy and spacious! Tons of seating and TONS of places to sleep! The bathroom is small, but shower is huge and appliances throughout the house are upgraded and new! The hot tub was the added cherry ontop though - what a great place to relax and dethaw after outdoor hockey all day! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need tons of storage! "

"We were in town for a hockey tournament and this house was perfect. Just around the corner from the rink and down the road from the main street with a bakery, cafe, bowling alley and breweries. The hot tub was wonderful after a freezing day of outdoor hockey and the house comfortable to spread out and relax for the next days activities. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Owner was readily available though we didn't need her for anything during our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...

"It was a bit questionable when we first drove up because of the neighborhood, however It was so nice inside the place and the hot tub was wonderful in the cold. The hosts were helpful and responded quickly. Would've been nice to havecurtains on the kitchen windows "

"Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Although it was a tight fit for four. It would be very comfortable for 3.It is close to food, the rink, and coffee. Look forward to staying next year. "
