"This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value."

"We were warmly welcomed by our host Joanne to this charming older property. Included is a well equipped kitchen (spices, and other necessities and a basket of fresh fruit!). The location is great! It is an easy bike ride on the bike path to Santa Monica pier, the Marina and short walk to restaurants and shops. Also near by is the Santa Monica farmers market. The property also includes bikes and beach chairs. "

"My wife and I visited LA for the '24 Holidays to reunite with our adult children. We are retired now living in New Mexico, mid 60's and semi-active walkers/hikers.
