"Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. "This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value."

"The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended."

"The property had an ant problem that was known about since there was already ant poison in the cabinet. There was construction either on the property or adjacent that was not communicated prior to the stay. Informing the property manager about these things offended him. Since it was a last minute booking doesnt qualify for a refund and VRBO is no help, the entire amount paid gone because we had to book another property and eat the loss! "Nice location, Hollywood sign can be seen from the room. The instruction for check-in is very helpful to us for an easy entry into the building. The room is spacious with everything needed. We tried to get an extra blanket but couldn’t find one in the storage room. The response from the staff is quick, the blanket was sent to us upon the request. Everything is good except parking is a little bit overpriced. "
