"All of the ladies had wonderful time in the house. It was perfect for what we needed it for and the deck was fantastic!"

"We were so happy to have booked this very clean and modern 2B home near the lake. It was perfect for our 2 dogs and 2 kids. Our daughter loved having her own bathroom off of her room. The only thing we weren't crazy about was the parking lot was very muddy and there wasnt a mat inside the door, so it was challenging to keep the floor clean."

"We booked this to have a girls birthday weekend away for my friend’s 40th birthday. We went into town for some spa treatments nearby and then we visited a nearby winery. There were several wineries very close to this house. We loved doing the hot tub to cap off the evening even though it was early Feb so going to and from the tub was quite chilly!The house was very cute and the beds were comfy! The hosts were super responsive. Would recommend especially if you are visiting wineries. "

"Beautiful views of the lake and all the stacking ice was amazing ! Over all a great stay. Only issues was dog hair left by a previous guest and a patio door wouldn’t lock. Would love to come back in the summer. "

"We spent a weekend with our adult children and their spouses. The house worked out great for us! It is a quick drive to Geneva on the Lake. Very clean and nicely furnished. Nice setting with a huge yard and back deck. "

"This home is beautiful and in a perfect location just off Chardon’s downtown square. The home has a lot to offer and had tons of toys and games for the younger children we had come visit us during our stay. Which kept them busy and having fun. We were a little nervous with the toddlers as there are lots of unique and beautiful decor within reach of little ones but thankfully we didn’t have any mishaps "

"We had a great time staying at this little house in Geneva on the Lake. It is a little far from the strip. We did walk 1 time, but it took about a half hour. We just drove the rest of the trip. It was really nice in the evenings because it was much quieter than places right off the strip. The deck was nice and had a beautiful view of the sunset. "

"Excellent location in proximity to Spire, restaurant and stores. The house was very nicely finished and provided a great place to relax and prepare our own meals. Very quiet neighborhood."

"The lake house was perfect for our winter weekend. We enjoyed the amazing views of partially frozen Lake Erie and watching eagles and hawks.The house was awesome...great rooms with attention to comfort! The communication with Mark was excellent and check in and out was super simple.House is between Geneva and Ashtabula Harbor so we were able to enjoy all that is offered in the area.Thank you for sharing this awesome home. We hope to return in warm weather."
