"대부분 만족했습니다. 몇가지 단점도 있습니다. 신규 호텔이라 시설도 오래되지 않았고, 건물도 신식입니다. 수영장, 운동시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 주차공간도 여유가 있습니다. 다만 주말에 단체 손님이 있을 때는 자리가 부족하기도 했습니다. 방청소 할 때 바닦청소는 하지 않습니다. 저같은 장기 숙박객은 불편할 수 있습니다. 침대한 쪽이 꺼짐현상이 있어서 잠잘 때 살짝 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 그리고 먼지가 조금 있습니다. 주말에 단체 손님이 있을 때 밤 늦게까지 복도는 시끄럽습니다. 아이들이 뛰어놀고 술에 취한 부모들의 소음이 있을 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 통제하지 않습니다. 대부분의 직원들은 친절하고 상냥합니다. 다만 친절하지 않다고 느낀 직원이 한명 있었습니다. 그한명을 제외 하고는 모두 친절했습니다. 전체적으로 만족하는 호텔입니다."

"I was disappointed in the breakfast room. There was a shortage of milk, and the orange juice dispenser was out of service. It's surprising that this establishment that offered breakfast did plan ahead to have all items available that constitutes a breakfast item. Also, there was a limited choice for breakfast. To add to it, while the staff made personal phone calls, they didn't think to ensure that the supplies were stacked for the guests. I was disappointed in the overall experience. "
