The staff are fabulous - flexible, accommodating, responsive and kind. The facilities are clean and polished. Windows were fingerprint free, carpets stain free, bedding crisp and neatly tucked. The property is in need of major repairs (broken door lock, inefficient toilet flushing, low shower pressure, clogged shower head, and improper bathroom ventilation. The staff are clearly doing the best with what they’ve got.

I was there for a three night stay... Room key needed to be reset each day. Mattress in the room I was in has past its best before date, as has the comfort of the chair. House keeping staff are very diligent, however perhaps washing the floor under the vanity would prove to be a nice touch.
