"This is such a wonderful rental. The apartment is warm, cozy and has stunning views of the Kennebec and the quaint downtown of Hallowell. This was so convenient, everything you need is within walking distance, and if it's not it's a short drive to Augusta. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you'll need. "Beautiful three bedroom apartment. Perfect for a couple and a friend…all over 65 and good health. Steps were not a problem. Lots of floor space and privacy. Beautiful decor and looks brand new. Love the big island in the kitchen…plenty of space to put things. Property manager immediately available by text, if needed. "We have been looking for a place to stay so we could visit family in Waldoboro and this apartment fit the bill! It had EVERTHING we needed, lacking nothing at all! The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it, the bed was comfy and there were many other thoughtful amenities. It felt like home! "This was a charming, tiny cabin. Exactly what we looked for. The host was quick to respond to concerns. That's as far as my praise can go..... Sadly, the charm was all cosmetic. Two coffee pots, drip, and Kcup, had the last guest's coffee grounds still there. We cleaned both pots, and we were willing to overlook it. Our clean towels, were placed on the bed, but they conveniently hid a large stain on the bedcover. Okay, well at least the cover was clean (?) My glasses slipped under the bed, and I...
