"Just as-advertised. A somewhat-quirky (though quaint and cozy) space above the flower shop on a local flower farm. My kids loved seeing/meeting the animals, which was a nice perk. Kitchen could have used a few more basics (toaster or baking tray? coffee machine?), but felt "on theme" given the farmhouse feel. Stacy was delightful, and very responsive. "This is such a wonderful rental. The apartment is warm, cozy and has stunning views of the Kennebec and the quaint downtown of Hallowell. This was so convenient, everything you need is within walking distance, and if it's not it's a short drive to Augusta. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you'll need. The hosts were responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. Only thing we weren't prepared for were the amount of stairs; bringing up our heavy luggage was cumbersome, but...

"Farmhouse Oasis was a perfect loc for our central Maine fall visit. Unit appeared to have been recently remodeled and was finished off quite nice. Check in was a non event which was also nice. For the fall visits, would be nice to have some route recommendations for out of town guest looking to experience the many fall color vistas the area has to offer. "

"House is beautiful. Lake is perfect. We had a great stay. Lots of amenities available. Great location. We came in for Maine 70.3 and it was so easy to get to the race and all the activities prior. Even could jump in and swim at the lake. If you book for 6 guests and most are kids just be aware that the 3rd guest space is down through the garage. Our kids are old enough but if you have younger, you will not share a floor with them. It worked for us We enjoyed our visit."
