"The place was closed and looks like it has been for quite sometime. The outside was run down and litter all over. We drove 5 hours to get there and even had a confirmation number from hotel. Com. Very disappointed!!!!!!"

"I liked how clean the hotel and property was. The staff was very professional. I didn’t like the insufficient towels were provided and I had to ask for more and the bed pillows were not very comfortable and not enough for two people. Also on the second day there was no hot water to enable a warm shower. Areas for improvement!"

"Our stay at the GW this time was pretty good. The hotel is a great stop on our travels and we look forward to it every time. This time, I opted for the Junior Suite since we had had a stressful trip thus far. The room itself was great, the bed was comfortable and the room service was timely. The fireplace worked great on the cold night. The only part that I was not satisfied with was the shower. The handle was very loose, and I felt like I was going to break it.
