"This was our first experience with any private rental, as seniors was very easy.The owner’s description was very accurate. This was very easy and close to go to Anna Maria Island and any place wanted to go with ease of no traffic. Will rent again when in this area. "Wonderful stay! Plenty of space for our family of 13. Plenty of parking room, too. The pool was fantastic! Enjoyed chatting with James the pool guy. Told us where to find manatees in the neighborhood. Lots to do in the house when it rains. Close to shopping, churches, beach, restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. "Very cute and comfortable. Clean. Had just about everything we needed and then some. My only comment is if you will be cooking meals every day its a little tight other than that it was great. Host was very responsive and accommodating."

"This is the first tome at this property. The overall picture on VRBO is of the back of the house. The outside of the front of the property was not appealing at all. Steps going into the main property is not stable. Th rails Inside was different & better. Had the inside looked like the outside, I probably would have requested a refund. The beds were comfortable. "A time was had at this beautiful home! There is a smell like someone had a dog the past stay, but overall the vibes of this home is immaculate and you will definitely see me again soon. The host Brandon is someone who won’t disappoint if you’re looking for a chill spot, it’s definitely going to be this one. Love the salt water pool it’s not too deep for those with kids. Loved everything about this spot and hope you all get to experience it!"
