"Bradley at the front desk was wonderful! BUT, After our room not being available to check into until after 4PM as indicated on the website, our room was not clean, and hadn't been cleaned recently, definitely not same day. There were hairs on the floor, and countertops that had not been wiped, and the floor in the bathroom had not been mopped at all, sticky hairspray residue and the feet of the furniture pieces are covered in dust. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to figure out if they had another room available, so we stayed. The sheets seemed clean, so we unpacked. But very disappointing considering the price we paid for a 2 night stay. "

"We have stayed here multiple times as we look for housing in the Savannah area. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They offer a breakfast bar, and it is okay, but not what we would typically eat - however it is free with room. Valet parking has always been great and we feel the car is secure. Highly recommend."

"Stayed here for a busy spring weekend. Great location in the historic area without all the loud noise by the river. Walkable to City Market, River St, historic churches, many restaurants and shops, and trolley tour stops. From entering the valet area, every staff we interacted with (valet, front desk, concierge, breakfast restock staff) were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. The free continental breakfast had a fantastic selection everyday (scrambled eggs/breakfast meats/coffee/cereal/bagels/waffle maker/fruit). I would absolutely recommend and stay here again on another Savannah trip."

"We chose Thompson Savannah because of the extraordinary experience with Thompson Nashville. We were impressed yet again! Room was perfect, cocktails in lobby and rooftop bars EXCELLENT. It was so quiet in our rooms, we never heard anyone else. Food was top notch and we walked everywhere. 10/10"

"The property is amazing! Pictures do not compare to it in person. Best theme style hotel we have seen or stayed at. Such a great location and the way they transformed the old power plant and saved so much of the “bones” of it is amazing. We had a great stay and would sure visit there again when we go back to Savannah. Thanks for the memories!"
