Unfair that there was no notice the property was under construction and filthy. Pool is closed; stinky, dirty elevators. No decaffeinated coffee at breakfast or in reception. Tiniest hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen. Was very friendly but hotel condition very disappointing. I was told I was unable to cancel and stay elsewhere unless I forfeit my money.

The renovations made it very difficult for those with a handicap. When I called them to ask about the renovation and handicap access they said that they had handicap spots available close to the garage. We had a very hard time getting around. The shuttle was non existent. We only saw them one day. The breakfast was just awful. 2 out of the three mornings the food was over cooked and dried out. The tables were dirty. Service was poor. Will not go back. For the price we paid we should have been treated much better.

Hotel is under renovation and that comes with hard to find parking, lots of noise during the day and a mess to get in and out of hotel. The reception is in a different building about 1/4 mile away and breakfast also in the different building (not in the hotel). The hallways are super dirty. We had a fire alarm test that lasted about 2 hours…

When we first arrived at check in, we were made aware that the property was under renovation. They warned us that it may be loud beginning at 8:00 am. That was never a major issue. The first night was fine. The beds were comfy and the room was clean enough. However, the water to the building was cutoff in the middle of the night on our second right without warning. We could not take showers, flush the toilet or brush our teeth. My daughter’s friend, who was traveling with us, ended up getting a stomach bug that same night, which you can imagine is not ideal when you can’t flush the toilet. The hotel offered bottles of water and their toilet to use in the main building (which you had to drive to). There was no option for showering. The water had still not been repaired by the time we checked out over 24 hours later. I am certain if we had not had to deal with the water issue and construction, the stay at this hotel would have been a good experience.

Parking was horrible. Insufficient parking spaces. If parked at the remote site there was no lighting and it was dangerous to walk on the unlit pathway. The construction project obstructed entry. Security personnel ewre intrusive.

We were giving a room that smelled like mold. There was mold spots on the lamps, as well as wet spots. The cabinets were dirty and had residue of God knows what.. so we didn’t use them at all. You could tell they don’t necessarily wipe down surface areas. We kept everything in our bags, and tried not to use the desk or anything else. I’ve stayed at holiday inns before and had no issues with the cleanliness of the room. This time I was definitely disappointed.

We were not inform that this location was under construction before we arrived. I tripped over so many mats and was very lucky not to fall. The reception area was two blocks away and so was the breakfast room. Trying to enjoy some quite time was impossible.
