"The property online looked clean and great decor. However when we got there there was a nasty smell, dirty carpets, leak from the radiator in the bathroom With paint peeling off the radiator, dirt on the walls, no way of closing the blinds unless stretching up to turn the button, mould around the sink, dirty oven, sloping stairs which made climbing them extremely dangerous, intermittent internet and tv not working. We did call but no one got back to us although they said they would. We left...

"We stayed for a week in December during a hard time for our family, and the property was just what we were after; rural, quiet and calm, with a lovely pub just yards away. The only issue we ran into was that the dishwasher was too small to clean the plates provided. But the owner was pleasant, the wood burner made things cost, and the bathroom was clean. Napton is a lovely village with a really good local store, and the Folly pub is fantastic. This property would work for a couples’ mini-break...

The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. "This is a spacious, comfortable apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and has obviously tried very hard to provide all the information needed for our stay even providing youtube videos on how to unlock the doors and labels on kitchen drawers and cabinets. The location is great. You can walk to the nearby Lidl grocery store. There a plenty of restaurants a short walk away and Warwick castle is a very reasonable walking distance away. I would highly...
