"Lavender Lodge is a comfortable home away from home in a wonderfully quiet and private location. Even though next to the owners house, the lodge orientated to be nicely private with barely another property in sight. It contained everything needed for a comfortable stay and the bed is big enough to party in (also good for sleeping). The two friendly spaniels peering through the window to say hello were a bonus too."

"Nicely appointed room with small ensuite. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Instructions were sent by Whatsapp, I found the lock on my door a little sticky, but I let them know by message and staff locked my room for me. Well appointed kitchen, although a little short of cutlery."

"On a council estate - 9 rooms in a what was a 2/3 bedroom house - room like a prison cell, dirty carpet, dust and cup marks on desk - looks like u stand in the toilet shower....I'm not joking - full of students - room adjoins the kitchen / dining area and below the stairs - with washing machine next to room on all night... Positive thing ......I think the sheets are clean and wifi is ok..don't know where the reviews came ?"
