Exceptional great job done by Joise, Jackson, Jerwin, Faisal in making my stay a great one and making me feel welcome everyday. Housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring the room was comfortable and clean. All other team members were brilliant, names too numerous to mention."

"Location is great. 2 minutes away from metro station. Could go shopping every day. Breakfast was great including continental and South Indian. Service was excellent. Staff are very helpful namely Ajay, Delvin. Really felt like home."

"The hotel is near the beautiful back waters of Kochi, great trip there . A bit far away from Fort Kochi, but easily reachable with the car and driver service offered by the hotel . Very nice gardens and swimming pool"
