"Zoetry is a resort for comfort and relaxation. The staff was excellent and made our vacation memorable. Dyon and Latoya are the best bartenders around! Hyatt can definitely help the staff by ensuring that they are always fully stocked but that didn’t stop the staff from finding other ways to meet our needs and requests. "This hotel is closed. There is no sign on the door. The airport transfer dropped me off and left. The front door was open so I went in. I finally found a very rude person and he told me the place was closed. I was directed to the sister hotel and they were even ruder. The neighborhood is sketchy and no one offered to help. "
