"This is a local no-frills pub with a few rooms for accommodation. It was ideal for our overnight stay. We had a few drinks in the bar, had a brilliant spicy pizza ( cooked to perfection) and enjoyed a pleasant conversation with a local worker. Breakfast was plentiful with food to suit all tastes. The bed was very comfortable and all programmes on the tv were accessible through TNT. "

"Terrific staff. Very large room, king bed we're excellent linens. The bathroom towel warmer was a nice plus. They were very welcoming when we arrived and took a straight to our room even though it was very late. We slept well and really enjoyed the easy walk into town. About 8 minutes. "We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff. Over the weekend, we often enjoyed a few drinks in the pub as well as a lovely dinner there. We were made to feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed at all times.
