"Property was okay. Spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved: there was a dead moth in our room and dusty surfaces. Also the pool was growing algae. There was no one when we checked in or out. And I found out my debit card was authorised before we arrived for their convenience as we weren’t there, I asked them to release this immediately and take another card but no one bothered to come back to me that first day. Also upon arrival I had to roam the property to find someone to help...

"I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault. I would recommend this place if you want an outstanding experience. Loved every moment at the beach club ! Thank you guys so much for making this an experience. "

"Hotel and room was amazing, but there were areas of the bathroom that needed a bit more attention to cleaning for example the shower edges. Staff were great especially Tama was the best. "

"Property is perfect for families. A bit run down but perfect for what we needed. You do have to walk up a small hill to get to the property but it is very walkable. The bathrooms could do with a regrout and silicone "

"Fantastic views...amazing location. Staff very helpful. Perhaps may be time to upgrade the major appliances. Also, would NOT recommend going to Airlie Beach during what they call the wet season...Jan-Mar. It rained every day...our flights were cancelled; the entire airport was closed cuz the roads in were flooded...apparently a regular event there. "
