"Nice place to stay on the island, the downside is lack of air conditioning. Unless you plan on spending all day in the pool or your room then probably best to avoid this place in summer. I am a born and raised north qld local. I was dripping sweat in the main build watching the Australian open on the big screen and playing pool."

"I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault. I would recommend this place if you want an outstanding experience. Loved every moment at the beach club ! Thank you guys so much for making this an experience. "

"We were allocated Compass Point 4 which was a one bedroom apartment style property. It was so cool because the property came with a golf buggy which we picked up at the airport. The accommodation was on a hill with beautiful sunset views. It was spacious and clean and contained a BBQ and kitchen which made cooking in very easy. I highly recommend booking these little apartments for a couples getaway. We could also use the commone resort pools at Catseye Beach which was very refreshing. And also...

"Quiet, small, unique resort. Food excellent and quite reasonably priced. Staff really pleasant and attentive. Resort looking a little tired in places. The cost of transport to and from the island can become quite expensive if you want to leave the island for a day trip. Beware also if you’re travelling in from the airport on a shuttle bus.
