"We just needed it for a one night stay. Wish the drive there was smoother but knew what we were getting into. Only recommendation would be updating accommodations from sleeps 4 to sleeps 3 as there’s only one queen bed and a twin bed. Host was great about communicating and allowing us to check in a little early "

"We stayed in the cottage during a football game weekend. The cottage is behind the main house situated in the garden area. Extremely cute cottage with two queen beds, small kitchen, closet and bathroom. Loads of art in the cottage and on the grounds. The homeowners are super friendly and accommodating. Wilson the beagle snuggles with you on the porch at night. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so in the future. "

"Wellspring Cottage was the perfect place for us to relax and refresh as we celebrated our anniversary. Wendy's welcome of beautiful flowers, tasty treats, and bubbly was a lovely surprise. The cottage is extremely comfortable and cozy, with many decorative details that add to its atmosphere. What a blast to tool around the property on the golf cart! We also really enjoyed fishing and sunning on the dock at the pond. Terrific place in every way!"

"This place is VERY SPECIAL hidden on this beautiful piece of land with animals roaming around. Its so pretty there . I came in late it was dark and hard to find but i called and Helen gave me perfect directions and was so sweet. Love all the little lights and special attention to each spot. Would love to come stay in the railroad car someday. If you want quiet and enjoy country and seeing all the stars this is the place to be. Loved it i will be back"

"We loved this house! It was *almost* perfect. The only issue was that we could not access the boat slip and had to tie our boat to the cleats on the dock. Fortunately, the cove had very little wind and it was not a huge issue. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!"

"This a cute little place to stay minutes from Granbury and steps from the lake. Clean tiny home that was just right for our stay. Wi-Fi available. Host communication was spot on. Just the place to get away for the weekend or the week. Love watching the deer roam through the yards. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Anchor Cottage over the weekend. We had five adults and our two year old and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We were close enough to go to the state park and also go fishing in the Laguna Park area. My two year old loved chasing the neighbor's chickens and though we were close to other properties it was quiet and peaceful.
