"We stayed in the cottage during a football game weekend. The cottage is behind the main house situated in the garden area. Extremely cute cottage with two queen beds, small kitchen, closet and bathroom. Loads of art in the cottage and on the grounds. The homeowners are super friendly and accommodating. Wilson the beagle snuggles with you on the porch at night. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so in the future. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Anchor Cottage over the weekend. We had five adults and our two year old and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We were close enough to go to the state park and also go fishing in the Laguna Park area. My two year old loved chasing the neighbor's chickens and though we were close to other properties it was quiet and peaceful. The cottage was incredibly clean and had plenty of amenities and then some! I would suggest bringing your own foil or...

"The location is great for the zoo and to downtown! We were able to hear the wedding venue at night, clearly. I loved the decor and they did a great job making the house feel like a well loved home. However, the house is literally leaning. Cracks in the walls and ceiling were visible. I never felt unsafe, but it was a bit unnerving. I loved the backyard and sitting area- we didn’t get to use it but if the weather was nicer, we’d be back there! "

"This property was perfect for my family with 3 kids, five years old and younger. The inside is clean and beautiful with many thoughtful touches. And the outside is serene and spacious, with front and back porches to relax on and watch the kids play. We loved the feeling of being out in the country while having the conveniences of a full kitchen and a thoughtfully furnished space. The owners are wonderful - quick to respond to messages and so kind and considerate! Loved, loved, loved!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Rock Creek Cottage. It is a little further outside of the Baylor/Magnolia bubble than we thought it would be, but we were thankful for a cozy, comfortable and quite stay during the hustle and bustle of graduation. "Such a sweet place. My mom and I stayed here for a girls trip to Magnolia and the host exceeded our expectations. We were overwhelmed with how much they made us feel welcomed and at home during our stay. The property is beautiful. We loved watching the birds out of the huge picture window each morning. The host made sure to provide everything you would need while away from home. I have never felt so pampered and welcomed before. I can’t wait to return for another adventure!"
