"2 adults and 3 young kids so finding a hotel that accommodates all in one room is difficult but I found this little gem. We had a room with one double bed and 3 single beds. Beds really comfortable, room very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge with bottles of water provided. Plenty of clean towels and small bottles of showergel etc. Only a few minutes walk from the city walls. Great place to stay for the price. Staff were really friendly and helpful. "Such a convenient location - the bus stop across the street, and a short taxi ride to the airport. We got there after dark so couldn't see the beautiful building.... "Very smart accomodation, rooms very well presented with great decor. Very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Very friendly owners and a simple and effective check in and out. Nice location in Fulford, on the edge of York centre and plenty of good pubs and restaurants in short walking distance."

"The property offered good value for money, was 5 minutes walk from the Minster and city centre. Parking was free outside the place and the staff were attentive and polite.
