We enjoyed our stay We recommend a binder with info for those of us who are not used to UK appliances. "There was nothing not to like about the flat. It was very reasonably priced, had a lovely view of the water and Arran, it is central enough and on the second floor. It was very clean. The only thing it lacked was a dishwasher but that’s not a big deal when there are only two of you. "

"The owner was not available for contact once I reached the property after a 3 hr Train ride. After several attempts to contact in order to get into the property, we ended up booking at another place. This was very, very hard, since the OPEN was going on and there were NO vacancies. Eventually, after making a lot of phone calls we were able to book another place to stay. "

"We loved our stay at the Wee Silverburn! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Decorated so nicely, very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking wares and cleaning supplies. The babbling brook just beyond the lush garden plantings completed the lovely setting. The location is wonderful, an easy walk down the beach and other offerings at Whiting Bay. The bus stop is right there too if you want to pop to a pub or two in Lamlash for dinner and drinks....

"The tea towel for drying dishes was absolutely stinking of dampness, obviously wasn't clean! There was no kitchen roll so had to use one of the bath towels - it also had dirty marks on. The livingroom/sitting area was stinking of dogs. The plug-in air freshener was empty. Couldn't figure out how to use the grill."
