"A last-minute decision to visit OIB, NC and so grateful we were able to stay at Pierfect View. The condo was great for a couple. We enjoyed the visibility of the ocean from the unit, the short walk to the beach, and the relaxing atmosphere. Even though it was off season, there were several good restaurants locally that we enjoyed near the condo (Sharky's, Ocean Isle Fish, Oyster Rock in Calabash). Our communication with the host was excellent. We also used the linen service and that worked...

"A lovely condo that is a good size and had everything we needed. The location is prime - right across from beach access, with a spacious parking lot and a pool that we used once or twice a day, and no one else was ever there. The condo could use a little bit of maintenance work as it appears there is some water damage where the paneling on the walls is peeling a little bit by the balcony door. Kitchen items were not totally clean and had some food residue but nothing a run in the dishwasher...
